FAQs:
Are there any hidden extra charges or costs?
Quite possibly travel/toll charges may apply. This totally depends on location of the Venue.
As we are a Mornington peninsula based company no travel charges will apply for Mornington and surrounds.
Can we extend our time?
Most functions are covered in a 1hr period. (approx. 110 guests)
Should you require additional time or have more guests we charge in half hour increments of $50.00 to cover additional staffing and incream costs.
How much and when should I pay my deposit?
We require 50% deposit of base booking fee to secure booking
Can we hire cart alone?
No. Sorry cart needs special Luvlee operator attention. Cart comes with personalized service from arrival to departure. Cart is specialized piece of equipment and requires a special Luv lee scooper in attendance at all times.
Can we personalise the cart?
Yes most definitely, we just require a minimum of 4 weeks notice with specifics and colours
How much to personalise cart?
This depends a lot on amount of detail and colours we find the average to be @ $190
Can you create a custom flavour?
We are more than happy to create a flavor on request once deposit is received.
Can you cater for Dairy Free?
We recommend when choosing flavours 3 ice cream and 1 sorbet to cater for dairy free. But would luv to share with you the fact that many of our Luvlee flavours are dairy, egg and preservative free
Can we have additional flavours?
Of course this is no problem.
Will I be charged for additional flavours?
Yes sorry as all our Ice cream / Sorbet is made to order and priced accordingly
You will be charged according to flavor choice and quantity. $75.00 per 5lt.

Do carts require Power?
Yes … we require standard 240 volt and will supply extension leads up to 30m
If longer leads required please notify us
If no power available we come equipped with a generator (for this we require prior notice)
Cart size?
1.15m width, 1.8m length, 2.1m height this is with canopy
We can remove canopy and height reduces to 1.35m
Can we access any where anytime?
Sorry but stairs and narrow access areas are not possible.
